To go down: What i did! They need to be able to sit before they do this. Well you get a treat that your dog likes and tell it to sit. You get the treat and put it next to its nose and slowly move it towords the ground. The dogs face should be following the treat which causes it to go down. Say down and then give it the treat! To go down: What i did! They need to be able to sit before they do this.

He needs to learn you are the alpha leader of the pack. Forget the stupid dog tricks, he needs to be obedient and respectful first. You don't get that done when they are young, everything else is impossible, he turns into an ill-mannered, nuisance dog barking 24/7 because he doesn't know what else to do with aggressive, dominance tendancies and he'll end up killing some kid. Too many bad dog owners in this world who get dogs and don't know what to do with them making all dog owners look bad.<br><b>References : </b><br> You need to start training him NOW. It took 3 weeks to housetrain my puppy-she's 4 months old now and is now learning tricks-fetch, sit, lay, heel. She would come when her name was called after only 3 days when she was 12 weeks old--when we adopted her (because I rewarded her in the beginning).<br><b>References : </b><br> they learn very early and need repetition and consistency.
